It was a pleasant experience hving dinner here. it is a pretty local restaurant selling good meals, the price could be a little bit high, but overall its good! the stewed lamp leg was too delicious to let me satisfied with its quantity, also the burger and rib steak looked nice too! moreover, the strawberry, black current and chocolate ice cream was the best! it was even with real fruit inside! will definitely wanna go back!

We chose to have dinner here as they were advertising the Rugby World Cup. They wouldn’t let us sit near the TV instead placed us in the back where my wife couldn’t see the screen, but that aside really friendly well service and good home style cooking. I couldn’t resist the oeuf meurette a favourite from my travels in Burgundy, and Stacey got a steak. Good comfort food all around.

It’s decent and open on all days so a good option when many restaurants are closed. The food is mainly bar meal type options which are good and fresh. We had a decent Salad, Pizza and Burger. The wine options are also decent. It gets busy in the evening so try to book and also book ahead if you want the outside. The service was nice and friendly. It’s good prices also.

We had dinner at the restaurant. It was very busy with a good atmosphere. The menu was extensive and included steaks, burgers, pizza and lamb dishes. The service was attentive but we were not rushed. A nice range of desserts finished off the meal. We had a pleasant Sancerre white wine. Overall a nice evening meal with well cooked but large portions.

Auberge L’Ecurie is a bustling restaurant in a side street off the main restaurant area in the centre of Sancerre. The menu is varied - with pizza, burgers, salads and local meat specialties - all well-presented and very tasty. We went for the chicken burger & chips and a goat’s cheese salad at- made with local cheese. The tarte raton was also very good! Top tip: this restaurant seems to be busy at all times of the year - so reserve your table if you don’t want to miss out!

Very friendly staff, terrace is super nice but inside it has TV's - not my fav. food was good & simple, we had pizza & pasta.

Decent food and good wine list. Chips (frites) weren't great, think they'd been reheated but the BBQ chicken and the burger more than made up for that. Sports TV and bench seats gave the place a quirky feel. The service was quick, even though they were busy. Would go again if we come back to Sancerre.
